Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours.

If the cleaning services do not reach client expectations, the client is to contact the owner, Ally, within 24 hours so that the crew can come back and fix whatever issues there may be. The client must also provide picture proof.

NON PAYMENT

The client must pay on the day of services rendered.

If payment is not paid every week, another 25.00 is added to the bill.

If the bill is never paid, civil action will be taken.

DEPOSITS

Some clients may be asked to leave a deposit depending on job size.
